Sean Murphy is a renown photographer, but also a recovering addict. Drugs and alcohol are almost a rite of passage in his family of addicts. Sean's recovery, like most, came with many failures and attempts of sobriety. Along the way he's worked with a lot of great people; artists, musicians, and actors. But because of his addiction, Sean has also seen and met a lot of people like himself. And through his experiences, he's learned to see people differently.
Sean sees the glow of others.
Every week he hosts an AA meeting at his house. He sponsors another addict and he picks up the phone when someone reaches out to him. He wants to be available when he can for anyone who needs it. Sean's another incredible human who's experienced a harder side of life but has embraced his addiction as part of his story and his becoming.
